U.S. Return and Exchange Policy
North Country gladly accepts returns of items in their original condition with tags on, unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
In the unlikely event you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact email@example.com, with a photo of the damage or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We ask that you do not dispose of any items prior to reaching out.
What do you mean by Quality Guaranteed?
We mean that the products we make are crafted using fabrics, techniques, and a level of professionalism that last from season to season. Every product has a natural lifetime, but — laundry accidents aside — if our product doesn’t reasonably hold up, we’ll fix it or replace it for you.
International Return and Exchange Policy
North Country gladly accepts returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased online within 30 days of original purchase. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase click here to initiate a return. Please allow an additional 48 hours after your package has been delivered before submitting your return request. Returns cannot be submitted until 48 hours post-delivery. If you choose to return an item, our e-commerce partner, eShopWorld, will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please note that you will still be responsible for any return shipping fees and original shipping charges.
European Union/United Kingdom Customers
If you cancel your order within 14 days under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the purchase price of the items canceled and the delivery charges. UK statutory rights are not affected by our return policy.
